As an accomplished nursing professional with over 5 years of hands-on experience in Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC), Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), and Long-Term Care (LTC), I am dedicated to leading and inspiring my teams to deliver exceptional patient care while maintaining the highest standards of healthcare excellence. My journey in nursing has equipped me with a comprehensive skill set ranging from clinical expertise to robust leadership capabilities.

My educational background includes an Associate's Degree in Nursing and an Associate's Degree in Culture, Science & Technology, both from the Community College of Philadelphia. I am currently advancing my education by pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at West Chester University, with an expected graduation date of 2025. This academic progression is a testament to my commitment to lifelong learning and professional development, ensuring I remain at the forefront of evolving healthcare.

 

My certifications include being a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania, BLS for Health Care Providers, CPR, First Aid & AED Instructor, CDC Infection Control Preventionist, and IV Insertion & Administration. These certifications reflect my dedication to maintaining expertise in essential healthcare practices and emergency procedures. My goal is to continuously improve the quality of service fostering a culture of continuous improvement and patient-centered care. By blending clinical expertise with strong leadership abilities, I aim to drive transformative changes in the healthcare industry, ultimately enhancing patient outcomes and healthcare delivery.
